“I’d followed this tiger through the bush on elephant back for most of the morning. The heat was intense and getting hotter as the morning headed towards noon. The tiger decided to take shelter from the heat in this cave entrance. I was less lucky and spent the next two hours retracing my steps under the mid-day sun.”
